FELLOWSHIP & FUN GROUPS
DADS CONNECT
This group of dads from the church gather periodically for fun and fellowship. Meeting times and locations vary, check the newsletter for details.

DINNER GROUPS
Each fall, members of the St. Alban’s community have the opportunity to sign up for a dinner group. Participants will be assigned to a group of 8-10 people who will gather throughout the year to break bread together and build friendships.

MEN'S GROUP
The objective of the St. Alban's Men's Group is to provide fellowship, fun, spiritual growth, and service to the community, St. Alban’s, and those who request it. The group typically meets for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month.

MINISTRY OF FUN
The Ministry of Fun is what its name implies: the ‘party people’ who develop/plan/coordinate/execute parish-wide social events at St. Alban’s. The Ministry oversees the good times at the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, the Lake Service, and much more. And yes, the Ministry of Fun has a lot of fun doing all this—please join us!

MOMS CONNECT
Moms Connect is a group of moms from the church and/or preschool who gather regularly for fun, reflection, mutual support, and prayer. Meetings are typically on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at St. Alban’s.

OKTOBERFEST
Oktoberfest at St. Alban’s has become our signature event to welcome the wider community. There’s fun for all ages, including live music, tasty beverages, a food truck, kids’ activities, a raffle fundraiser, hay rides, and more. There are many ways to support this event, from donating raffle prizes to tending the bar. Prost!

WOMEN'S GROUP
The women of St. Alban’s take turns hosting this monthly gathering, typically on fourth Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring an appetizer, a sweet treat, or a beverage to share, but the most important thing is to just bring yourself! There’s no agenda, just a chance to be together, meet new friends, and deepen our relationships.

ADMINISTRATIVE GROUPS

FINANCE COMMITTEE
Our Finance Committee meets on a quarterly basis to oversee parish finances and ensure that we are being good stewards of our assets and resources.

GREEN TEAM
This new group is committed to helping our parish be good stewards of God’s creation through recycling, composting, and more.
LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE
This group’s mission is to keep our grounds looking their best by overseeing the design and tending of our lovely outdoor spaces, including the Caldera Garden and the Memorial Garden, and the area around our Parish Hall.
STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE
Our Stewardship Committee works closely with the staff to encourage generosity and a spirit of gratitude at St. Alban’s. They collaborate on the fall Annual Giving campaign and help promote planned giving.
VESTRY
The vestry is the body of lay leaders elected by parishioners to oversee the operation of the church, such as managing the church budget and making decisions concerning the property, the building, and their use. Vestry members attend a monthly meeting and serve as liaisons to other St. Alban’s committees. They serve in the role of Vestry Person on Duty on Sundays and are available to discuss parish matters with all constituents.
