Moms Connect Meeting

Calling all moms! October's meeting will be a casual meet-up at the church to do a little Fall prepping. We will be meeting at 7pm on Thursday, October 1st, in the Reflection Room. Those of us working Oktoberfest will be prepping for that Saturday's event (feel free to join us if you have nothing of your own to do) but feel free to bring your own fall projects - Halloween costumes, homemade fall decorations, etc. to work on. We are also going to be doing a "blind date white elephant book exchange." If you would like to participate, bring ONE wrapped book (second-hand is encouraged - no need to buy anything new!). Wrap your book and attach a small clue card with: 1. Genre, 2. Vibes, 3. Tropes/theme, 4. Why someone might enjoy it. Don't reveal the title or author! There's no need to RSVP - just show up! Hope…
