CPR Training

Have you ever wondered what you would do were a friend loved one or a complete stranger to need immediate help to breath or perhaps get their heart started or unclog their airway? Ever wonder what those boxes on the wall labeled AED were for? We all have aging friends and relatives and yes children and grandchildren. Many of us have boats, swimming pools or use the lake and ocean for swimming. Drowning is the #1 cause of death of children under the age of 5. The organizer of this event, Tom Leonhardt, has been trained in CPR and has used the skills twice.  

The American Red Cross will be teaching CPR training in our Parish Hall on October 17 at 1:00 PM. The class costs $70 per person made out to the American Red Cross. The class is about 4 hours and you will get a certification once you…
