About the event
Plan to bring your furry, feathered, slimy, or scaly beast (suitably restrained) to the annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 4, when we will be celebrating the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi! A child's favorite stuffed animal or a photo of your pet can also be blessed. Come to the 10:30 service, which (weather permitting) will be outside-so please bring chairs or something else to sit on. In the event of rain, the service will take place inside, but you can still bring your pets! There will be NO Sunday School or Children's Chapel.
